Returns:

You can return unused items within 30 days (free of charge within Germany).
That’s how it works:

1. Place the item in the original packaging in the package. Please note that only unworn and new goods can be returned. 
   In addition, when returning, the labels/hangcards must   still be attached to the goods.
2. We include a return form with every shipment. Please enter the reason for return on the return form in the field provided.
3. The free return is only available to our customers within Germany.
   For shipments from abroad, please stamp the package sufficiently and send it to this return address:
   8 WEAPONS GmbH
   Zeppelinstrasse 36
   78244 Gottmadingen
   You can freely choose the shipping company.
4. Place the return form in the package.
5. Bring the parcel to the shipping company.
6. As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed within 7 working days.

Returns from Non-EU:

To ensure smooth processing of your return, please follow these instructions carefully:

• Clearly declare the shipment as:
  “Return of Goods”
• Include a copy of the original invoice/order confirmation inside the parcel
• Please state that the goods are being returned to the seller
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

Important:
After shipping the return, please send us the tracking number by email.

Without the tracking number and proper customs declaration, delays or problems with import clearance may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee from the refund amount.

Exchange:

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item to us as described above and you will receive a refund. We would be happy if you place a new order for the desired product in our shop.

Complaint:

Do you have reason to complain? Please send us an email with your order number, pictures of the defective item and all other information about the complaint to the following email address: service@8weapons.com. You will receive an answer by email within 2 working days.
